One account. Everything Intuit—including TSheets

TSheets is upgrading you to the same security standards that protect TurboTax, Mint, and QuickBooks. Learn more

Why is this happening?

As part of Intuit, TSheets by QuickBooks is upgrading to meet the same high security standards as all other Intuit products. All users will now have one account for everything Intuit. This will allow TSheets to provide more insightful features, enhanced data security, and more opportunities for our users to streamline business operations.

When is this happening?

We'll start upgrading your TSheets account over the next 6 months.

What's changing?

You will update your TSheets sign-ins to meet the new Intuit security requirements. Once updated, each user's account (user ID and password) can also be used to sign into all other Intuit products—like TurboTax, Mint, or QuickBooks.

If you already use any of these Intuit products, you can use your Intuit account to sign in to TSheets.

Important changes for you to know:

  • All TSheets users will be required to have either an email address or mobile phone number associated with their account. Learn more.

  • After the account has been updated to the new Intuit security, admins will no longer be able to reset passwords for employees.

What do I have to do?

No action is required right now. TSheets clients will receive emails that will help them upgrade.
